I’ve spent more than 20 years working in the wedding and events industry, with a career that has taken me from England to the United States and given me the opportunity to be part of hundreds of celebrations along the way.

In 2020, I founded Finishing Touch Events, combining my experience, creativity, and love of bringing people together into a business of my own. What followed were six wonderful years of planning weddings and celebrations, building lasting relationships with couples and families, and working alongside some truly talented vendors and venues.

Finishing Touch eventually brought me from Texas to Florida, and along the way I had the privilege of helping couples celebrate some of the most meaningful moments of their lives.

While my career in events began long before Finishing Touch, the six years I spent building the company hold a very special place in my story. I’m incredibly proud of what Finishing Touch became and grateful to every client who trusted me with such an important part of their lives.

As of 2026, Finishing Touch Events has officially closed its doors and is no longer accepting new bookings.

This website remains as a small collection of the work, people, and memories that made those six years so special.
